RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, James W. Curran has tendered his resignation
from the office of City Clerk on Thursday, October 1,
1970; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of accepting
said resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the written resignation of James W. Curran as
City Clerk is hereby accepted.
That said resignation shall be taken as effective
the 1st day of October, 1970.
That his remuneration shall be terminated as of October
1, 1970.
That his authority to bind the City, execute documents
and sign checks is hereby withdrawn as of October 1, 1970.
