CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, a vacancy has been created in the office of
City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of temporarily
filling said vacancy with the appointment of an acting
City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That hereby appointed
as temporary acting City Clerk.
That said appointee shall serve at the pleasure of the
City Council.
That said appointment is recognized and acknowledged
as a temporary appointment and same shall be terminated
upon the appointment by the Council of an interim or
regular City Clerk.
That said appointee shall continue to perform her
functions in the capacity that she has held prior to this
additional temporary appointment and shall receive the same
remuneration for performing both functions as she has
received for the performance of her existing position.
That upon the appointment by the City Council of an
interim or regular City Clerk said appointee as hereinabove
referred to shall resume her duties in the capacity that
she held prior to this temporary appointment.

1970.
