RESOLUTION # '
WHEREAS, The City Charter, City of Tamarac pro-
vides for necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing
a Resolution designating the parties required and authorized
to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Mayor, Charles J. Pastor and the Acting City
Clerk , ' are hereby authorized and
empowered to sign and execute checks for authorized expendi-
tures.
That in the absence or disqualification of the
Mayor, the Vice Mayor, Theodore H. Hertrich, is hereby
authorized and empowered to sign and execute checks for
authorized expenditures, along with the Acting City Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
