RESOLUTION # �1
WHEREAS, Mr. Julius Z. Foris has tendered his written
resignation as Chairman of the Charter Revision Committee,
and
WHEREAS, the members of said Charter Revision Com-
mittee have also tendered their resignations, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of accepting
said resignations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the resignations of Mr. Julius Z. Foris and the
members of the Charter Revision Committee, as appointed
by Resolution # and subsequent motion of the
Council, are hereby accepted.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6 day of
1970.
