RESOLUTION # Q -mod
WHEREAS,a vacancy has been created in the office of
City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the Council is now desirous of filling said
vacancy, and
WHEREAS, the Council has interviewed various applicants
for the office of City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That JOSEPH A. POWERS is hereby appointed as City Clerk,
to serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
That he shall receive w remuneration for his services
the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) per annum.
That this Resolution and the appointment created hereby
shall take effect as of October 26, 1970.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Z� day of
1970.
