CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # a f,
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac provides
for necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of providing
a Resolution designating the parties required and authorized
to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Mayor, Charles J. Pastor, and the City Clerk,
Joseph A. Powers, are hereby authorized and empowered to sign
and execute checks for authorized expenditures.
That in the absence or disqualification of the Mayor,
the Vice -Mayor, Theodore H. Hertrich, is hereby authorized
and empowered to sign and execute checks for authorized
expenditures, along with the City Clerk.
That any previous Resolution passed by the City Council
of the City of Tamarac in reference to authorization of
previous City Clerks and/or acting or interim City Clerks
are hereby specifically repealed.
This Resolution and the authorization created hereunder
shall become effective on October 26, 1970.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this L day of
