RESOLUTION #-�
WHEREAS, the City Clerk was formerly instructed by
Resolution of the City Council to publish notification of
public hearing on the tentative budget for the year 1970-1971,
and
WHEREAS, said notification did not reach the newspapers
for timely publication, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires at least seven days
published notice prior to a public hearing on a tentative
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to have said
tentative budget published in one issue of a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Tamarac forthwith and to
include in said publication notification of public hearing
on the said tentative budget to be held at the Tamarac South
Clubhouse at 9:30 o'clock A. M. on the 27th day of October,
1970.
