CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORID/A
RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, Behring Corporation has offered to dedicate
certain rights -of -way for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Tamarac has
provided written recommendation of acceptance of said roads,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of accepting
said road rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the
City of Tamarac, Florida,
That those lands, except as hereinafter provided, as
legally described on that deed attached hereto and made a part
hereof, are hereby accepted by the City of Tamarac for road
rights -of -way purposes.
That because the west 19 feet of said legally described
lands have not been improved by Behring Corporation by the
installation of road surface, the Behring Corporation is
hereby required to deposit with the City of Tamarac, to be
held in escrow a sum of money sufficient to cover the cost
of installation of said 19 feet. Said sum shall be determined
by the City Engineer of the City of Tamarac. City of Tamarac
shall hold said sum of money in escrow and shall return same
to Behring Corporation upon its completion of the installation
of the aforesaid road surface and its acceptance by the City
of Tamarac.
