RESOLUTION NO.�
WHEREAS, Behring Corporation has submitted three
plats for approval by the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Tamarac has reviewed said plats and has made recommendation
for approval and adoption and execution of said plats by the
City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plats and has
made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plats
by the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving
said plats.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That upon the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning
Board and the City Engineer, the plats submitted for approval
by the Behring Corporation, the same being:
1. The Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, Unit 14,
2. The Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, Unit 16,
3. Vangard Village in the Mainlands, Community 2,
are approved.
The City Clerk and the Mayor are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute said plats.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of November,
1970.
