RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Council that
various residents of the City are delinquent in their maintenance
fee payments, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of implementing a
program for collection of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the Council hereby declares its intent to collect
outstanding and delinquent maintenance feesandlease payments.
The City Attorney is hereby instructed to make a study of
the various methods of enforcement of the City's right in
collection of the aforementioned fees and thereafter to submit
a proposal to the City Council. Said proposal shall be in the
form of a recommendation as to what procedure should be followed
in the collection of the aforementioned fees and the creation
of a program to do same.
