RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council
that the present municipal judge may from time to time not..be
available and/or not be able to perform his duties, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of providing for said
possible event by appointing two associate judges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That John F. Spellacy and Bruno DiGiulian are hereby appointed
as associate municipal judges. They shall serve at the pleasure
of the City Council and shall receive as compensation for their
services the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per court session presided
over.
