CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # '?® , 70
WHEREAS, JOSEPH A. POWERS, has tendered his resignation
from the office of City Clerk on Monday, December 21, 1970;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of accepting
said resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the written resignation of JOSEPH A. POWERS as
City Clerk is hereby accepted.
That said resignation shall be taken as effective the
21st day of December, 1970.
That his remuneration shall be terminated as of December
21, 1970.
That his authority to bind the City, execute documents,
and sign checks is hereby withdrawn as of December 21, 1970.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of Oxlanz&�Z_,
1970.
