RESOLUTION # 9,4 - 2.;--
WHEREAS, the City Charter, City of Tamarac provides
for necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing
a Resolution designating the parties required and authorized
to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Acting City Clerk Louise Conklin is hereby
authorized and empowered to sign and execute checks for
authorized expenditures, effective the 22nd day of December,
1970.
That the Vice -Mayor, Theodore H. Hertrich, is hereby
authorized and empowered to sign and execute checks for
authorized expenditures, along with the Acting City Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this day of
