CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, Daniel E. Dunn has resigned as City Councilman,
WHEREAS, Daniel E. Dunn had been appointed to fill the
vacancy created by the resignation of Charles Latz, and
WHEREAS, the Council seat vacated by Mr. Charles Latz
and Mr. Daniel E. Dunn was for a term running from October, 1968
through October, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of making an
appointment to fill the vacancy created by the aforementioned
resignations, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac authorizes
the members of the City Council to make such an appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac:
That SOLOMON WOLKOFSKY be and he is hereby
appointed to the Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida. The
said appointment is to fill the vacancy created by the resigna-
tions of Charles Latz and Daniel E. Dunn.
That the term of said appointment shall expire in October
of 1972.
