RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, by Ordinance # 70-39
the City Council repealed
Ordinance #64-3 and reset water rates for residential consumers
purchasing water through the City of Tamarac, and
WHERF�S, the City Council has again reviewed the water rates
structure for residential consumers purchasing through the City
and has determined that it is necessary, on a temporary basis,
to suspend the effectiveness of Ordinance # 70-39
reinstate the effectiveness of Ordinance # 64-3
and to
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That Ordinance # 70-39 is hereby suspended untilfurther
action of the Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
That Ordinance # 64-3 is hereby temporarily reinstated
and effective until further action of the City Council.
That said suspension and reinstatement shall be effective
beginning the first day of November, 1970, and shall continue until
further action of the Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
