WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1-64, a PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD had
been created for the City of Tamarac, Florida, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 5.01, the members of
said Board shall be appointed by Resolution of the City Council, shall
service without compensation at the pleasure of the City Council, and
shall be five (5) in number, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of re -affirming all
previous appointments to said Board and is desirous of appointing a
new member to fill an existing vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida:
1. That, Clifford Baxter, William Finck, Richard Wallace and
James Donald are hereby re -affirmed as being members of the Planning
and Zoning Board of the City of Tamarac, and they shall continue to
serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
2. That Joseph Good is hereby appointed as a member of the
Planning and Zoning Board, to fill an existing vacancy, and that he
shall serve on said Board at the pleasure of the City Council.
