RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1-64, a BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT had been
created for the City of Tamarac, Florida, and
WHEREAS, members of said Board of Adjustment shall be appointed
by Resolution of the City Council, and said members shall serve with-
out compensation for periods up to five (5) years, and
WHEREAS, due to numerous resignations and lapse of time, previous
appointments and terms for members of the Board of Adjustment are in
need of confirmation and realignment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of renaming and re-
setting the terms of the members of the Board of Adjustment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida:
1. That the following people are hereby appointed or reappointed
as the case may be to serve as members of the Board of Adjustment for
the various terms hereinafter delineated:
Member
Mary Rosen
John Sulser
Victor Tolino
Joseph Lorenzo
Marcy Fink
Term
One (1) year
Two (2) years
Three (3) years
Four (4) years
Five (5) years
2. After expiration of the terms as hereinabove outlined,
subsequent terms for all members shall be, pursuant to Ordinance
No. 1-64, five (5) years. The appointments and the terms hereinafter
set forth are
for the purpose of
insuring that
at no time will the
members of the
Board have their
terms of office
expire other than on
a staggered basis.

3. The appointments hereinabove set forth, and the terms of
office hereinabove set forth shall be effective and begin on the
lst day of February, 1971.
4. Any previous ordinance or resolution in conflict herewith
is hereby repealed to the extent to such conflict.
