RESOLUTION NO. q 1-7-
WHEREAS, a vacancy has been created in the office of City Clerk,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of filling said
vacancy, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed numerous applications for the
position of City Clerk and has interviewed various applicants for
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That Richard Decker is hereby appointed as City Clerk, to serve
at the pleasure of the City Council. He shall receive as remunera-
tion for his services the sum of $10,000.00 per annum.
That this resolution and the appointment created hereby shall
take effect as of the lst day of January, 1971.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January ,
1971.
