RESOLUTION # 7l_ z/
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 71-2 the City Council appointed
Richard Decker as City Clerk to serve at the pleasure of the City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the annual compensa-
tion provided for in said appointment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the performance and
ability of Richard Decker in the position of City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of amending
Resolution No. 71-2 so as to indicate a change in the annual
remuneration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That Resolution No. 71-2 is hereby amended to provide a
change in the annual remuneration of Richard Decker as City Clerk
from $10,000.00 per annum to $12,000.00 per annum.
That this amendment and change in annual remuneration shall
be effective as of the 1st day of March, 1971.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
1971.
