CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamarac
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been received
for the purchase of two police vehicles , and
WHEREAS, The City Council is now desirous of awarding said bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the bid of Fred Drake Chrysler -Plymouth, Inc. for the
sum of $6,813.22 for the purchase of two police vehicles is
hereby accepted.
That the Mayor and City Clerk -Manager are hereby authorized
to execute a proper agreement evidencing the award of this bid.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this L� day of
1971.
