CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. tj,- 3
WHEREAS, a vacancy has been created in the office of Mayor of
the City of Tamarac by the resignation of Charles J. Pastor, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac provides that the
Council shall elect one of its members as Mayor of the City, and
WHEREAS, the Council is now desirous of electing and appointing
a Mayor for the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That I. H. Wilderman is hereby appointed
and elected to be the Mayor of the City of Tamarac.
Said appointment shall be effective on the 5th day of January,
1971, and shall expire on the first Monday following the next
regular election of Councilmen.
