RESOLUTION # 71_3
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
provides for the necessary signatures on checks, and
r WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing a resolution
designating the parties required and authorized to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Mayor, I. H. Wilderman, and the City Clerk -Manager,
Richard Decker, are hereby authorized and empowered to sign and
execute checks for authorized expenditures.
That in the absence or disqualification of the Mayor, the Vice -
Mayor, Theodore Hertrich, is hereby authorized and empowered to
sign and execute checks for authorized expenditures along with the
City Clerk -Manager.
