RESOLUTION # � 1 I 3
WHEREAS, Behring Corporation has submitted one plat for
approval by the City of Tamarac, and
� WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Tamarac has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for
approval and adoption and execution of said plat by the City of
Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has
made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by
the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving
said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That upon the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board
and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for approval by the
Behring Corporation, the same being:
"F AND D SUBDIVISION"
be and the same is hereby approved.
The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby authorized and instructed
to execute said plat.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this `lam day of
1971.

I am transmitting the print of the subject subdivision direct to
McLaughlin Engineering. The plat will be acceptable after
addition of the HCP's in accordance with Broward County require-
ments.
By copy of this letter, I am requesting McLaughlin to submit
prints of all development plans pertaining to this subdivision
to this office.
