RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made by the City Manager
that the present schedule of Municipal Court sessions is insuf-
ficient to handle the present case load, and
WHEREAS, the recommendation has been concurred in by the
Chief Municipal Judge, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of increasing the
number of Municipal Court sessions to two per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the Municipal Court in and for the City of Tamarac
shall hold court sessions a minimum of two times per month.
If in the event that a scheduled court session shall fall upon
a legal holiday, then and in that event, the Chief Municipal
Judge may either reset thescheduled court session for another
date or may waive that particular court session for that month.
Until further resolution of the Council of the City of
Tamarac, the two court sessions shall be held at the City Hall
Annex at 7:00 o'clock P. M. on the first and third Wednesday
night of each month.
