CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. "-( )' Q
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac, Florida, pro-
vides for the necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing a resolution
designating the parties required and authorized to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the Mayor,
I. H. Wilderman
and the
City Clerk, Richard Decker, are hereby authorized and empowered
to sign and execute checks for authorized expenditures, effective
the 6th day of January, 1971.
That in the absence or disqualification of the Mayor, the Vice -
Mayor, Theodore H. Hertrich. , is hereby authorized
and empowered to sign and execute checks for authorized expenditures
along with the City Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January ,
1971.
