WHEREAS, by plat of "The Woodlands Country Club" as recorded
in Plat Book 67 at Page 30 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, certain drainage easements were granted, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has determined that there is no
longer a need for such drainage easements and therefore is desirous
of vacating same, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted its approval of such
a vacating.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That that portion of the drainage easement as indicated upon
the "The Woodlands Country Club" plat as recorded in Plat Book 67,
at Page 30 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, as
legally described hereinafter is hereby vacated and released.
^ The legal description of the portion of the drainage easement
to be vacated as hereinabove referred to is as follows:
The most Northerly 90 feet of the 60 foot wide drainage
easement, (the East line of said easement being 156.68
feet West of Woodlands Boulevard, as shown on said plat
and the North line of said easement being adjacent to
N. W. 56th Street, as shown on said plat), running
across that certain unnumbered tract being used as a golf
course, according to the plat of "The Woodlands Country
Club", as recorded in Plat Book 67, at Page 30 of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
Said lands situate in Broward County, Florida.
The City Clerk -Manager is hereby instructed to see that the
official map of the City of Tamarac is amended to evidence this change.
