RESOLUTION # 'J-q Z
WHEREAS, by Resolution of the City Council, the law firm
of DEUTSCH, HURTH, DEUTSCH, WELLENS & GOLDBERG, and its successor
in interest, DEUTSCH, DEUTSCH & GOLDBERG, were appointed as
City Attorney, Assistant City Attorney and Prosecutor for the
municipality, and
WHEREAS, said law firm has tendered its resignation as City
Attorney and Prosecutor, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of accepting said
resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the resignation of the firm of DEUTSCH, DEUTSCH & GOLDBERG,
successor to DEUTSCH, HURTH, DEUTSCH, WELLENS & GOLDBERG, as City
� Attorney, Assistant City Attorney, and Prosecutor is hereby
accepted and further that said resignation and acceptance shall
be considered to be effective as of the 24 day of May,
1971.
