RESOLUTION # 7 t - P
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
provides for the necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing a
resolution designating the parties required and authorized
to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the Mayor, 0. W. Seltman, and the City Clerk -Manager,
R. H. Decker, are hereby authorized and empowered to sign and
execute checks for authorized expenditures.
That in the absence or disqualification of the Mayor, the
Vice -Mayor, Evelyn M. Lange, is hereby authorized and empowered
to sign and exectite checks for authorized expenditures along with
the City Clerk -Manager.
