RESOLUTION #_
wfmREAS, the City Council has previously made appointments
to the Planning and Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, the members of said board have submitted their
resignations, and
wmREAs, the City Council is now desirous of accepting said
resignations, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of appointing new
memk,:rs to fill the vacant positions on the Planning and Zoning
NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the resignations of all members of the Planning
and Zoning Board are hereby accepted.
That Charles Diamond, John J. Horan, James L. Lawrence,
Milt Klika, and Frank C. Meyer are hereby appointed to fill the
vacancies created by the aforesaid resignations.
That all members of the Planning and Zoning Board appointed
hereby shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council without
compensation.
The appointments created hereby shall be effective
immediately.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this day of u v ,
