WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamarac
�... advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been received
for the purchase or acquisition of a duplicating center and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding said
bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the bid of GESTEINER CORPORATION for the stun of
$3,285.00 for the purchase or acquisition of a duplication center
is hereby accepted.
That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to execute a proper agreement evidencing the award of this bid.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisday of July,
1971.
