RESOLUTION NO. � •�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
TRANSFER $222000.00 FROM THE GENERAL AND ADMIN-
ISTRATIVE CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE REPAIR AND
MAINTENANCE SEWER AND WATER FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined the
necessity and urgency of making certain major repairs to the
sewer system, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received in
connection with such work, and
WHEREAS, the Repair and Maintenance Sewer and Water
Fund is insufficient to meet the amounts required for such
work, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there is a
sufficient, unencumbered balance in the general and adminis-
trative contingency fund to transfer $222000.00 therefrom and
still leave sufficient funds available to cover the claim or
meet the obligations budgeted for in such when it be-
comes due and payable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That $222000.00 be transferred from the
general and administrative fund to the Repair and Maintenance
Sewer and Water Fund.
