RESOLUTION NO.�- ; A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESER- VATIONS ON THE PARCEL, OF LAND IN THE HEATHGATE SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any objections it may have to release of canal reservations across the property described herein, and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has reccmTended the City file no objection to such release, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the release of canal reservations involving the land and deed described as follows: HEATHGATE, a subdivision in Section 3, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, City of Tamarac, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 49 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida. E. D. D. Deed Number 590, Dated August 12, 1919, Deed Book 10, Page 74. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this_ day of j,(F� , 1971.
