A RESOLUTION PCECCMUMING RELEASE OF CANAL RESER-
VATIONS ON THE, PARCEL OF LAM IN THE. FORT LAUDER-
DALE TRUCK FARMS SLT.BDMSICN.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
objections it may have to release of canal reservations across
the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the city Engineer has examined such request and has
recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW niEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1; That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the
release of canal reservations involving the land and deed described
as follows:
(see attached description marked exhibit A)
E. D. D. Deed No. 590, dated August 12, 1919, Deed
Book 10, Page 74.
