CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESER-
VATIONS ON THE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE FORT LAUDER-
DALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION. (TRACT 9 OF SECTION
9)
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objections it may have to release of canal re-
servations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such re-
quest and has recommended the City file no objection to
such release,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
and deed described as follows:
(see attached description marked exhibit A)
E. D. D. Deed No. 590, dated August 12, 1919,
Deed Book 10, Page 74. Deed recorded in 0. R.
Book 4164, Page 467, Broward County Records.

of 200 feet; thence S 0000'56" E, parallel with the East
line of said Section 9, a distance of 200 feet; thence
S 88059'24" E, a distance of 174.55 feet to a point of
curve; thence Easterly and Northerly along the arc of a
circular curve to the left, having a radius of 25 feet, an
