F THE CITY OF TAMARAC; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Tamarac has
resigned' and
WHEREAS, the City Council2 pursuant to the provisions
of Section 39 of the Charter of the City of Tamarac, deems
it wise and expedient to fill the vacancy created in the
office of the City Manager, through an interim appointment=
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined the credentials
and qualifications of Robert D Castenholz for the
position of Acting City Manager for the City of Tamarac and
has concluded that Robert D. Castenholz possesses
the necessary qualifications to serve in such capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1• That Robert D. Castenholz
be and he
is hereby appointed Acting City Manager of the City of Tamarac
in accordance with Section 39 of the Charter.
SECTION 2• That Robert D. Castenholz shall serve
and be compensated as Acting City Manager in a manner to be
established by the Council $1000.1 ) per taon-th unless the

SECTION 3• That Robert D. Castenholz during his
term of service as Acting City Manager shall have the powers
