RESOLUTION NO. 71-73
A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING THE PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously made appoint-
ments to the Planning and Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, certain members of said Board have submitted
their resignations, and
WHEREAS, the City Council considers the controversy in
and about the Planning and Zoning Board to be disruptive to
the orderly administration of the City Government, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of dissolving
the Planning and Zoning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That - the present Planning and Zoning Board is
hereby dissolved, effective immediately.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this 3rd day of
November, 1971
