CITY' OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO L
A RESOLUTION APPOINTM INITIAL MEMBERS TO A ZONING
COMISSION AND ESTABLISHINGTHE TERMS OF SUCH
APPOINTMENTS.'
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by ordinance abolished the
Planning and zoning Board of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEFEM, the City Council has, by ordinance, created a
Zoning Camdssion, and
WHEREAS, the city council is now desirous of making initial
appointments to the zoning Commission and establishing the terms
of such appointments.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Herbert Zimmer
SECTION 1: That and
Ralph .Crocker are hereby appointed as

members of the zoning Commission to serve for a term of two (2)
years fran date hereof.
SECTION 2: That Al e-iander Ma'Nab r
Richard C. Wallace. and Carl Wagner
are hereby appointed as members of the
Zoning Commission to serve for a term of one (1) year frau date
hereof.
SECTION 3: That all members of the Zoning CmTdssion hereby named
shall serve without ccnpensation.
SECTION 4: The appointments created hereby shall be effective
immediately.
