RE S OLUT ION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE
AND DELEGATE TO THE BROWARD COUNTY OPEN
SPACE TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND THE
BROWARD COUNTY WATER AND WASTE WATER TECHNICAL
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a delegate be appointed to the
Broward County Open Space Technical Advisory Committee by the
City of Tamarac, and also to the Broward County Water and Waste
Water Technical Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is desirous of appointing a delegate
to such committees and an alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Anthony Nolan be and he is hereby designated and
appointed as the delegate of the City of Tamarac to the Broward
County Open Space Technical Advisory Committee, and the Broward
County Water and Waste Water Technical Advisory Committee.
SECTION 2: That Lee Hatfield be and he is hereby designated as alternate
of the City of Tamarac to the Broward County Open Space Technical
Advisory Committee and to the Broward County Water and Waste Water
Technical Advisory Committee.
SECTION 3: Such delegates are to serve without compensation.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, This ( day of November, 1971.
