RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, the City Charter calls for the Council to adopt an
official zoning map of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has just received a zoning map certified
by the City Engineers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the zoning map presented by the City
Engineers be and the same is hereby adopted as the official zoning
map of the City of Tamarac, and said zoning map is hereby
incorporated herein by reference as of this date.
SECTION 2: That the original zoning map be kept among
the records of the City by the City Clerk and be prominently
placed on display in the City Hall for the use of the public.
SECTION 3: Nothing herein shall be construed to ratify
any zoning which has not been legally adopted or to confirm
the propriety of any existing zoning classification as applied
to any particular parcel of land, it being the purpose of this
map merely to reflect in graphic form the zoning ordinances
heretofore enacted by the City of Tamarac.

1971.
