CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.°'
A'RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT D. CASTENHOLZ
AS CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to the provisions
of Section 39 of the Charter of the City of Tamarac, deems
it wise and expedient to fill the vacancy created in the
office of the City Manager, through an appointment thereto,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined the credentials
and qualifications of ROBERT D. CASTENHOLZ for the position
of City Manager for the City of Tamarac and has concluded
that ROBERT D. CASTENHOLZ possesses the necessary qualifications
to serve in such capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That ROBERT D. CASTENHOLZ be and he is hereby
appointed City Manager of the City of Tamarac in accordance
with Section 39 of the Charter, to serve at the will of the
City Council.
SECTION 2: That ROBERT D. CASTENHOLZ shall serve and be
compensated as City Manager at a salary of $ 16,000 per
annum , subject to Federal Pay Board approval.
SECTION 3: That ROBERT D. CASTENHOLZ, during his term
of service as City Manager shall have the powers and duties
set forth in Section 39 of the City Charter.
