CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. ,
A RESOLUTION REOaMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESER-
vATIONS ON HEATHGATE FIRST ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
objections it may have to release of canal reservations across the
property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has
receded the City file no objection to such release,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the
release of canal reservations involving the land and deed described
as follows:
HEATHGATE, FIRST ADDITION, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 73,
at Page 33, of the Public Records of Braaard County,
Florida.
E.D.D. Deed No. 590, dated August 12, 1919, recorded
in Deed Book 10, Page 74, Broward County, Florida.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED th
