CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESER—
VATIONS ON A PART OF TRACT 4, FORT LAUDERDALE
TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION,
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
objections it may have to release of canal reservations across the
property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has
recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 11 That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the
release of canal reservations involving the land and deed described
as follows:
(see attached description marked exhibit A)
