RESOLUTION # I I - q
WHEREAS, Charles J. Pastor has previously resigned as City
Councilman -Mayor, and
WHEREAS, Charles J. Pastor had been elected to serve as
Councilman, and his term of office would have expired in October
of 1971, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of making an
appointment to fill the vacancy created by the aforementioned re-
signation, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac authorizes the
members of the City Council to make such an appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida:
1 . That 1 U��n
be and she is hereby appointed to the Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida. That said appointment is to fill the vacancy created by
the resignation of Charles J. Pastor.
2. That the term of said appointment shall be the remainder of
the unexpired term of Charles J. Pastor, to -wit: until October of
1971.
