WHEP,FAS, the: City of; Tamarac has been requested to state any
objections it ma have. to release of canal reservations across the.
Property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the- City Engineer has axmb-ied such request and has
recnded the. City to file no objection to such release,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of;
Tamarac, Florida;
SECTION 1. That the. City of; Tamarac has no objection to the
release of; canal reservations involving the land and deed described
as follows
All of WOODLAND VILLAS, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 34, of;
the: Public Records of; &rQward County, Florida.
