A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR POLICE CAR TO
Bill Binko Chrysler Plymouth Inc., 1750
N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamarac,
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been received
for the purchase or acquisition of said Police Car, and
bid.
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1.: That the bid ofBill B inko Chrysler Plymouth Inc.
for the spun of $ 3380.67
for the purchase or acquisition of a Police Car is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City manager are hereby authorized
to execute a proper agreement evidencing the award of this bid.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of March, 1972.
