CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71--39B established the position of
Chief Municipal Judge and Associate Municipal Judges and define
the duties of such Judges and established their caTpensation, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the position of Chief Municipal
Judge and the Council is desirous of filling such vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF the City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Mr. James D . Druc lc
an attorney qualified to practice law in the Courts of the State of
Florida is hereby appointed a Chief Municipal Judge of the Municipal
Court of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That said Chief Municipal Judge shall serve at the
pleasure of the Council and shall receive as compensation for services
performed the sure of $7.5.00Per Court Session presided over.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day off
