CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. +
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the Office of Associate Municipal
Judge and,
WHEREAS, Mr. William F. Zamer has indicated a willingness to be
available for service in that capacity, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of filling such vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF the City
of Tamarac, Florida.:
SECTION 1: That Mr. William F. Zamer an attorney qualified to
practice law in the Courts of the State of Florida is hereby appointed
an Associate YAn-licipal Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of
Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That said Associate Municipal Judge shall serve at
the pleasure of the Council and shall receive as canpetasation for
services performed the sum of $ 7 5.00 per Court Session presided
over.
