CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. ,}
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESER-
VATIONS ON THE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE FORT LAUDER-
DALE TRUCK FAFMS SUBDIVISION. (TRACT 13 OF SECTION
11)
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
objection it may have to release of canal reservations across the
property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such -request and has
recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITE'
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the
release of canal reservations involving the land and deed described
as follows:
(See attached description marked exhibit A)
E.D.D. Deed No. 590 date. August 12, 1919,
Deed Book 10, Page 74, Deed recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 31 of the Public Records
of Browaard County, Florida.
