CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. --- �,
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR FIVE
(5) TYPEWRITERS TO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
MACHINES CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamarac,
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been
received for the purchase or acquisition of five (5) type-
writers, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding
said bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the bid of INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
MACHINES CORPORATION for the sum of $2,263.84 for the
purchase of five (5) typewriters in accordance with the
attached specifications is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to issue the City's order for the payment of such
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED, this "c7day of , 1972.
