RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF FOURTEEN (14) POLICE RADIOS

TO ASSOCIATES CAPITAL SERVICES CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamarac,
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, no bids were received pursuant to such in-
vitation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding a
contract for the purchase of fourteen (14) Police Radios in
accordance with the option to purchase contained in lease
agreements nos. L505T-4546-2, L505S-4297 and L585BC-8682-3
with Associates Capital Services Corporation for the sum of
$2,790.53.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the option to purchase contained in
lease agreements nos. L505T-4546-2, L505S-4297 and L585BC-8682-3
with Associates Capital Services Corporation the equipment
desired in the attached specifications for the sum of
$2,790.53 is hereby exercised.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to issue the City's order for the payment of such
sums.
